Alphabet Art o.O

M-U-S-I-C

For this project, I chose the word "Music". Music is part of my life. I listen to music almost all the time during the day. It helps me be relaxed or just have fun singing with them. For "M", I took a photo of part of a film and angled it to show an "M". For "U", I shot a side of a table and flipped the photo to make it look like a "U". For "S", my friend, Matt M., made an "S" symbol with his fingers. For "I", I had my friend, Gina M., pose a letter "I". And for "C", I shot a design on a binder of my friend, Zalak S.
I thought it came out better than I expected. The most interesting letters were "S" and "I". I thought they came out great.

“Why Shoot in Black & White” :?

There are personal debates between “Color“ or “Black & White” photography. I, personally, think that both themes are great in photography art. There are some reasons why people shoot in “Black & White” photography. Reasons like they show more clearly of the lighting, show not much distraction, and show more clarity.
In Black & White photos, you can see more clearly of their lighting. With colors, it’s a bit distracting to see the brightness of colors as it stands out. Black & White show more on the light and shadows of the photo. Like I said, not only does color stand out, it also distracts the viewer. And that they show more of clarity. It’s more easier to understand the emotion of the photo.
